A. GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS
If the student decides to cancel the contracted course, you must notify Art Surf Camp with in at least fifteen working days prior to commencement of the course. In this case, the student is entitled to a refund of the paid amounts, minus 35% of those amounts due to management fees.
If such cancellation is notified to Art Surf Camp by the student with in less than fifteen working days before the course starts, the student will not be entitled to a refund of the paid amounts
In case of duly justified circumstances beyond our control, the paid amount will be saved for a future booking to be agreed between the student and the camp
Reservations which have not been properly completed using our web form will not be accepted.
All reservations that have incorrect, incomplete or do not present all the required information will be canceled. Also, any reservation in which no payment is linked to, will be cancelled using one of the payment methods present on the web. In case of payment by bank transfer or deposit in an account, Art Surf Camp reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the data reflected in it is not the same as on the web.
These General Conditions are subjected to the terms resulting from the application of R.D.L 1 / 2.007 of November 16, approving the merged text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1998 of April 13, on the General Conditions of Contracting, and the Civil Code.
